To us, wellbeing in the workplace stands for an employee’s ability to maintain balance and stability while facing various circumstances at work. The foundation of wellbeing is the practice of self-awareness - being conscious of thoughts and emotions. OUR PROGRAMS

WELLBEING STRATEGY

  • Based on an assessment of current organisational culture and challenges team members face, a program is being tailored specifically for your organisation with goals and a granular action plan aimed to cover a timeline between 1 to 5 years.

    The plan is presented in written format and will be presented to the leadership team.

  • Starting at CHF4,200 for yearly plan.

WORKSHOPS

  • These monthly sessions are designed to bring awareness to experiences in the workplaces and inform on practical tools to effectively manage wellbeing and high performance. Examples are:

    Mastering Your Mindset, Leading with Empathy, Preventing Burnout, Managing Performance Anxiety and Applying the Athlete Mindset at Work

  • CHF 1,200 per 60 min. session

GROUP COACHING

  • Storytelling and sharing of personal experiences are effective ways to engage teams in contributing to a wellbeing culture.

    Group sessions linked to the workshop topics, aim to create a safe space for attendees to engage and connect.

ABOUT US

Wisdom of the Heart was founded in April 2023 by Teodora, after her role as wellbeing lead at Amazon in Europe. With her practice, Teodora is consulting organisations on their wellbeing programs for employees. She is also connecting organisations with a network of coaches and practitioners that support teams with knowledge and practical tips, that she orchestrates with tailored programs that meet organisational and individual needs of employees.

Teodora graduated the MBA at London Business School and spent close to 20 years in the corporate world. She held business development roles in multiple industries: finance, insurance, information, Big Tech and fashion. Throughout her career, Teodora consulted C executives on key strategic decisions, across all business fields.

Teodora is renowned for her inspirational work and for her coaching of leaders that aim to tap into their higher potential.

At an individual level, Teodora’s specialty is mindset. With the practice of awareness that she teaches in workshops, employees get to benefit of significantly improved experiences at work.

At an organisational level, Teodora’s specialty is building a sustainable wellbeing culture. London Business School praised Teodora for her expertise and invited her to lead such a conversation and teach leaders globally, alongside wellbeing leads.
